【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifieshowaweldingprocedurespecificationisapprovedbyweldingproceduretests.Itdefinestheconditionsfortheexecutionofweldingprocedureapprovaltestsandthelimitsofvalidityofanapprovedweldingprocedureforallpracticalweldingoperationswithintherangeofvariableslistedinclause8.Testsshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththisstandardunlessmoreseveretestsarespecifiedbytherelevantapplicationstandardorcontractwhentheseshallapply.Thisstandardappliestothearcweldingofsteels.Theprinciplesofthisstandardmaybeappliedtootherfusionweldingprocessessubjecttoagreementbetweenthecontractingparties.NOTE.Specificservice,materialormanufacturingconditionsma;requiremorecomprehensivetestingthanisspecifiedbythisstandardinordertogainmoreinformationandtoavoidrepeatingtheweldingproceduretestatalaterdatejusttoobtainadditionatestdata.Suchtestsmayinclude:-longitudinalweldtensiletest;-allweldmetalbendtest;-CharpyV-notchimpacttest;-yieldstrengthor0,2%proofstress;-elongation;-chemicalanalysis;-microexamination;-deltaferritedetenninationinausteniticstainlesssteels.ArcweldingiscoveredbythefollowingprocessesinaccordancewithEN24063:111-metal-arcweldingwithcoveredelectrode;114-flux-coredmetal-arcweldingwithoutgasshield;121--submergedarcweldingwithelectrode;122-submergedarcweldingwithstripelectrode;131-metal-arcinertgaswelding,MIGwelding;135-metal-arcactivegaswelding,MAGwelding;136-flux-coredwiremetal-arcweldingwithactivegasshield;137-flux-coredwiremetal-arcmetalwithinertgasshield;141-tungsteninertgaswelding,TIGwelding;16-plasmaarcwelding.
