【摘要】:ThistestmethodcoversageneralprocedureforthedeterminationofelementalcontentinpolyolefinsbyX-rayfluorescencespectrometry,inconcentrationlevelstypicalofthosecontributedbyadditivesandreactorprocesses.Note1-Specificmethodsandcapabilitiesofusersmayvarywithdifferencesininterelementeffectsandsensitivities,instrumentationandapplicationssoftware,andpracticesbetweenlaboratories.Developmentanduseoftestprocedurestomeasureparticularelements,concentrationrangesormatricesistheresponsibilityofindividualusers.Note2-Onegeneralmethodisoutlinedherein;alternativeanalyticalpracticescanbefollowed,andareattachedinnotes,whereappropriate.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninbracketsareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection10.Note3-ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.
